What does cash in and cash out mean?
Cash in (on-ramping) is turning your local currency into USDT: you pay with mobile money and receive USDT in your Zenttri wallet. Cash out (off-ramping) is the reverse: you convert USDT back into local currency, paid out to a mobile money account.
Which mobile money providers can I use?
Zenttri supports leading networks including M-Pesa, MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money and Orange Money. Available providers depend on your country and are shown automatically in the app when you deposit or withdraw.
How long does a deposit take?
Most deposits are credited within seconds of approving the mobile money prompt on your phone. During rare network delays on the provider side, it can take a few minutes. If a deposit has not arrived after 30 minutes, contact support and we will trace it.
How long does a withdrawal to mobile money take?
Withdrawals are typically delivered to the mobile money account within minutes. Timing can vary slightly by country and provider.
What fees do I pay?

Can I send USDT to someone who does not have Zenttri?
Yes. You can withdraw USDT as local currency directly to any supported mobile money number, even if the recipient has never used Zenttri. To receive USDT itself, the recipient needs a free Zenttri account.
Is there a limit on how much I can move?
Limits depend on your verification level and your mobile money provider's own transaction limits. Verifying your identity in the app unlocks higher limits.
Is my money safe during a transfer?
Yes. Every account is identity-verified, transfers are confirmed before execution, and we work with licensed payment partners in each market. Your USDT balance always remains yours.
What happens if my deposit fails or does not arrive?
If a mobile money payment is taken but the USDT does not appear, the transaction is automatically re-checked and replayed. In the rare case it still does not arrive, our support team can trace the payment with the provider and credit or refund you.
